This email 'chat group' enables an online ACT community where professionals from all over the world can get advice, discuss concepts, contribute ideas, provide peer supervision, give input into challenging cases, keep informed about ACT events worldwide, etc. To join, you need to first join the ACBS - Association for Contextual Behavioural Psychology. This organisation is the 'mothership' of ACT and RFT. Membership is via values-based dues - i.e you pay whatever you think it's worth. Membership entitles you to a vast array of free resources. CLIENT HANDOUTSNew Values Tools: The Bullseye
Tobias Lundgren is a Swedish ACT therapist, who has designed a very simple values-clarification tool, called 'The Bullseye'. I have modified it a little bit. You can download the full 2-page version here.
I've also knocked up a brief 1-page version, which you and/or your clients can fill in at regular intervals.
