Types of Clients

| My focus is working with people (especially health care Professionals)around issues of work, and life outside of work as it impacts on their ability to engage in their professional role.
I also see a wide range of clients through the Medicare 'Better Access to Mental Health Care' programme, with issues ranging from anxiety, to parenting, to change in occupational role, such as taking on a new role eg becoming a carer, or losing an established role, eg loss of work; children leaving home; retirement. |

| I have a clinical background of Occupational Therapy, having graduated from the uNiversity of Qld in 1985. In 2008 I qualified as a Life Coach.
My professional life has covered clinical, managerial, and tertiary teaching roles.
I now have a private practice where I work as a Coach with an OT background, incorporating ACT into my day to day client interactions. |
