| Dedicated self education since 2007, reading ACT texts, papers, websites. Russ's Beginners workshops May 07, John Forsyth's 2 day ACT for Anxiety workshop July 08 + one day June 09. Kelly Wilson's 3 day Mindfulness for Two workshop in April 09. ACT conference Oct 09 Melbourne + 2 day workshop with Kirk Strosahl and Patti Robinson, and ACT conf Oct '10 Adelaide. Clinical Specialties |
| I first registered as a psychologist in Queensland in 1991. I integrate my Psychology training and many years of Buddhist Dharma mindfulness study and practice together with my Yoga teaching and practice. I have worked with people on a range of issues including depression, anxiety / panic attacks, stress, anger and rage, relationships, addiction, schizophrenia, eating disorders, grief and loss, chronic pain, self esteem and confidence, performance enhancement, work stress, leadership, motivation, emotional intelligence, performance pressure. I am often inspired by the courage and persistence of people I work with.
