| My approach to each client is specialized, and integrative. I don't believe that a single formula or technique can be applied to help each individual to heal or grow. Therefore, my approach integrates the most useful aspects of ACT, Mindfulness, CBT, Humanistic and Psychodynamic psychotherapy, with a central focus on understanding the unique history, current situation, and strengths and challenges of the client I am meeting with.
I am registered with Medicare; with a referral from your GP your sessions with me are eligible for a $115 rebate. |
